Most of the people we film have never been on camera before. That’s a good thing, because real people are what make live action believable. Our job is to help them relax.
Before the shoot
We talk with every on-camera person ahead of time. We don’t give them a script; we tell them what we’ll ask so nothing feels like a surprise.
On set
We keep crews small and the mood light. We start with easy questions, let people warm up, and never ask for a "perfect take." The best lines usually come once they’ve forgotten the camera is rolling.
In the edit
This is where the story comes together. We shape real answers into a clear narrative, then add color, music, and sound so it feels polished without losing the human moments.
Our job on set is to make people forget the camera is there.
